Spearfish Siesta Grill
I admit, I was skeptical. Why in the world would Dona and Betsy want to go to this little dilapidated shack right next to the marina to eat. This place looked like Gidget and the Beach Boys might hang out there after a day of surfing. In my mind it looked disreputable possibly even dangerous. Definitely out-of-the-way. Even when they checked out the menu online I was barely convinced. Then we went anyway, because come on, I've got to make the girls happy. The food was the BEST we had the entire trip. Everything was unique and special. After I tasted the tuna sushi nachos made with fried won tons and wasabi sauce I was sold. This place has its finger on the pulse of deliciousness. I admit that I had also consumed some adult beverages - so I started to brag about praising them on my (nonexistent) blog. I also started telling everyone who came in that the food was outstanding. In essence this is how this website was conceived. Betsy did the work and here we are going to give this idea a go. So here goes nothing... Let's talk about what Jimbo Eats.
